Shipping Policy

We will usually ship your product within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order. If you need your order rushed, just email or call us. We will do our best to get it out the same day. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

FREE shipping on retail orders over $75.

$6.95 will be added to your bill for standard ground shipments. If your order is oversized you will be notified of the shipping amount for pre-approval before it is sent. Please email or call with any questions regarding our products or status of your order.

Want to send a Claudia Alan product as a gift to someone special? We can take care of everything. Just select the product you want to send as a gift. During the checkout process select the Premium Gift Box option and write a personal message which we will print onto a gift card. For gift items we will not enclose an invoice to eliminate any concerns about the recipient seeing pricing information.
