C4 Canadian Creative Collaborative for Charity is Claudia Alan’s new ready to wear line of luxury eyewear. C4 speaks directly to a demand in the marketplace for chic, optical quality reading glasses and sunglasses at an accessible price point. Our debut collection is a very special collaboration with Susie Wall in support of the Cause We Care Foundation. This capsule collection is comprised of three sunglasses and four readers. The look is decidedly bold, softened by a palate of polished neutrals.

Welcome to the club! I have been working on something wonderful for you!
Although I have been developing eyewear for over a decade, I didn’t truly understand the predicament facing stylish women with fading vision until my own experience was staring me in the face. Oh the denial! I’m tired, there’s not enough light, if I just stretch my arms a little bit longer…please not reading glasses!
Inspiration struck and I was determined to create readers that women would wear like a badge of honour. Something luxurious and stylish. Yes, reading glasses that would make the woman wearing them feel confident, proud and maybe even a bit sexy. People would ask, “Where did you buy those incredibly stylish frames?”, and assume you paid a fortune.
I firmly believe in style with substance. Giving back and making a difference is an important element of C4. For this, our debut collection, C4 has collaborated with Canadian style icon, Susie Wall, to benefit Cause We Care. $5 from your purchase goes directly to the foundation to give single mothers in need a hand up.
C4 frames are handmade, the acetates are Italian designed. Production is overseas so you don’t pay a fortune for excellent quality and you can still treat yourself to that pampering massage or fabulous glass of wine.

C4 has collaborated with Canadian fashion expert Susie Wall in a stunning, fashion forward debut collection in support of Cause We Care.
Susie Wall is one of Canada’s most respected style influencers across digital and traditional media channels. Named one of Canada's 50 Best Dressed by HELLO! Magazine, Susie has served as an ambassador with some of fashion’s most coveted brands including Nordstrom, Smythe, Ted Baker, London, J.Crew and now C4! Susie is a member of the Board of Directors for Cause We Care (causewecare.org) a Vancouver based foundation dedicated to helping single mothers in need. Partial proceeds from the sale of C4 eyewear will honor these families.
